We are THRILLED to announce that our flagship redevelopment project has been nominated for Austin Business Journal’s 2020 Commercial Real Estate Office Development award.

Our 1201 E Cesar Chavez project spanned three years and required a full gut-renovation of the 111-year old building at the corner of E Cesar Chavez and Waller. The finished property now boasts over 8,000 sq ft of sleek, modern, open format office and retail space. Elements of the original structure remain as both structural components and aesthetic accents throughout the building, including the iconic dual wooden beams that line the main space, and exposed brick walls that characterize each suite.

Recognition from Austin’s business journal is incredible for us as a small business, especially when our fellow nominees have been doing such amazing work across the city. 2020 nominees include Saltillo Plaza, Go Daddy’s offices at 2010 E 6th, the Austin Bergstrom International Airport terminal expansion, and many, many more. To hear our name in this conversation is a humble honor indeed!
