The rigorous timeline to identify a property to purchase before Uncle Sam tries to swoop in and grab his “share” can be intimidating for most, but our meticulous process makes every one of those 45 days of the identification period count.

The Mann Report publication wrote an inspiring article geared towards to importance of bringing owners into CRE. It’s no surprise that Beck-Reit’s own DeLea Becker was top of mind on this topic, as bringing more women into Commercial Real Estate is probably her favorite passion project.

The Texas Triangle Podcast had the honor of gaining insight from esteemed Dr. Lloyd Potter, Texas State demographer for their debut episode. Dr. Lloyd Potter was appointed State Demographer on June 4, 2010. Dr. Potter holds a Ph.D. in Demography and Sociology from The University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Public Health Degree from Emory University, a Master of Science in Education from the University of Houston at Clear Lake, and a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University.
